Shandrani resort has a superb choice of 6 restaurants which offer a menu of the day or a la carte option. Whether you are looking for a quiet dining experience or a lively atmosphere from elegant Italian cuisine to light lunches and buffets with live cooking stations there is something for everyone.
- Le Grand Port : The restaurant has wooden decking which extends down towards the beach, around the pool plus also offers lovely views over the pool itself and lagoon.
- Le Sirius : This restaurant has a stunning location looking out across the hotel’s second pool.
- Ponte Vecchio : Ponte Vecchio has a fantastic, lively atmosphere and serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine at its location right in the heart of the hotel’s entertainment area.
- Teak Elephant : Enjoy a unique dining experience at Shandrani’s Thai restaurant. You can enjoy a fine dining taster menu that changes weekly and is filled with various flavours and spices! Teak Elephant is available for guests over 12 years old and is open between 19:00 and 21:30.
- Ephemera : Ephemera showcases traditional paella and other Spanish specialities every day, except on Tuesdays when a healthy, balanced menu designed in collaboration with the Spa team is served.
- Le Boucanier : Le Boucanier is set at the tip of the peninsula next to Le Sirius restaurant and serves an a la carte four-course sea-food tasting menu. Guests on Serenity Plus staying 7 nights or more can enjoy one free dinner here during their stay.
- Blue Bay Bar : The Blue Bay Bar is set in the heart of the hotel overlooking the main pool.
- Le Sirius Bar : Located at Le Sirius Restaurant, the bar is next to the second pool and overlooks the lagoon.
WATERSPORTS
Are you looking to simply enjoy the beauty of one of the finest lagoons of the island? Enjoy pedal boats, kayaks and Hobie Cats available for a relaxing tour. During a glass-bottom boat trip or a snorkelling outing, you will get a closer look at the colourful underwater world.
