The Lazure Historical Building

The Lazure Historical Building was built in the 18th century. During the Venetian Republic rule in Kotor bay, the historical complex called Lazaret used to serve as a main hospital for the bay area. Later, in 19-20th century the Lazaret became an Austro-Hungarian military post, and during Yugoslavia period it was used as children’s summer camp. Now it is neatly renovated and brought back to life as a small boutique hotel.

It provides luxury comfort and privacy combined with a perfect marina view framed by huge pine trees branches. It is designed in a combination of modern and rustic styles to emphasise the 18th century building features by contemporary details.

The Lazure Contemporary (Modern) Building is furnished with high quality interiors including Italian granite ceramic flooring, built-in kitchens with Bosch appliances, fitted wardrobes, Italian and German sanitary wares, kitchen and toilet floor heating, ventilating and air conditioning multi-split system

• Superior Rooms With Balcony : Superior Rooms with balcony are located in Residential building designed in a combination of Scandinavian and Mediterranean styles. All rooms have direct marina and sea view to the beautiful Boka Bay, and equipped with two TWIN ZIP &LINK beds.
