Begin your morning with a tour of the ancient ruined temple of My Son. Fly to Hanoi and transfer to the Grand Mercure Hotel for a 2-night stay.

Begin your morning with a tour of the National Museum of History, followed by a visit to the serene Hoan Kiem Lake and the historic Ngoc Son Temple. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. In the afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square and take a walk outside Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum before exploring his residence and the One Pillar Pagoda. Cruise today in an area similar to Halong Bay but with far fewer visitors, known as Lan Ha Bay, in the Gulf of Tonkin. Stay overnight onboard the Indochine. Enjoy a final, farewell dinner tonight.
