The much anticipated luxury estate, Son Bunyola has opened its doors! Brand new to Sir Richard Branson and Virgin Limited Editions portfolio and to the picturesque island of Mallorca. This unique estate on the island’s northwest coast includes three luxury villas, Sa Terra Rotja, Sa Punta de S’Aguila and Son Balagueret, and Son Bunyola Hotel, set amidst 1,300 acres of stunning landscape.

Preserving the rich heritage of this historic building, which dates back to the 1500s, has been the focal point of the restoration project. Traditional and locally sourced materials have been meticulously integrated into the hotel’s design, paying homage to its historical significance. All the original features are an intrinsic part of the local area’s history, and lovingly retained.

The original towers within the main house have been transformed into two exquisite Tower Suites, offering splendid views of the vineyards and the majestic mountains beyond.

When it comes to food think authentic Mallorcan dishes. Head Chef Samuel favours a farm to fork ethos and much of the produce served in the two restaurants is grown in the estate’s gardens and orchards.
