Introduction
The new Villa Sun & Sea is set on the breath-taking hillside, with infinity pool overlooking the beach of Lourdas. This modern, open plan and comfortable villa has without doubt the most uninterrupted view onto the crystal, turquoise waters of the beach. The view extends from the Ionian Sea to the neighbouring island of Zakynthos.
Access to the villa from the main road, is down a track with ample parking to the rear. The large furnished terraces to the front of the property offer a shade and sun depending on your preference with comfortable stylish furniture. You can laze around the infinity pool soaking up the sun and views or enjoy cooking up a storm the BBQ station.
The villa has a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, which is comfortably furnished with generous sofas. The kitchen is equipped with new modern facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The ground floor also features a utility area with a washing machine and dryer, cloakroom and toilet. There are three bedrooms, a twin room with ensuite bathroom, featuring a walk in shower.
Central stairs will then lead you up to the first floor where you will find the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, including a one-step-up-to bath, with shower. There is also a second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in shower.
