In this talk, guest speaker Bob Collins explores the earliest days of Tromsø. Discover how fishing, trading, arctic expeditions and international connections created the maritime centre of northern Norway.
Join ocean wildlife experts ORCA out on deck for a spot of wildlife watching. This is one of the best places to spot these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat as they migrate to the region.
Journey through the geological background of northern Norway with guest speaker Paul Wakely. Discover fascinating insights on how the incredible mountains and fjords were formed as well as other geological marvels of the area.
The Arctic Circle is the imaginary circle around the earth, parallel to the equator, at latitude 66° 33’ N. Join the team out on deck for a traditional ceremony as you cross into the Arctic Circle.
As you explore Norway together, you’ll be able to sample treats of the region in the on-board restaurants, with options available for lunch and dinner.
