New to the travel industry, Lucy has found her own within our Business Travel division while her bubbly personality shines through in everything she does. Excellent customer service and team work are constants in Lucy’s day-to-day, driven by her overarching aim to help everyone she can.
Lucy recently ticked off a bucket list dream trip New York, smiling across the whole of Brooklyn Bridge and overcoming her fear of heights as she looked out the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building.
Lucy and her family also welcome a new member to the family, a golden Labrador puppy called Bella.

Which items do you always take on your travels?
I always take my mascara and a camera which is now my phone 😂 I have to take as many photos as possible to capture all our moments that turn to memories.
What's your top travel tip?
Now that I don’t actually get to travel as much as I’d like to, just enjoy where you are in the moment. Simple!
