OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
1. New Business Acquisition
Objective: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new corporate accounts within your target audience/pipeline.
Key Metric Signed Sales Revenue.
Objective: Achieve new business signed target within first 12 months (to be reviewed thereafter).

2. Pipeline Development
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities ensuring consistent and demonstrable progress towards the Sales targets.
Key Metric: New Meetings attended / Proposals submitted.
Objective: To achieve personal monthly targets as detailed in personal business plan

3. Conversion Rate
Improve conversion rate from lead to closed deal through the deployment of effective sales strategies.
Key Metric: Conversion Rate
Objective: Achieve a conversion rate specified

4. Customer Implementation / Handover
Ensure that all new signed accounts are onboarded to time and in line with client expectations.
Key Results: Client & Account Management feedback
Objective: Exceed client onboarding expectations whilst proactively addressing any concerns that become apparent with the support of the MVT team.
