Do you have a background in Meetings & Events and looking for a career move? We are hiring a Meetings Co-ordinator, based in our Petersfield office, to assist our clients with their enquiries. We are revolutionising the way that travel agencies work, with people now more than ever looking to access their preferred rates across air, rail, accommodation, and transfers on all platforms.

Daily Duties:

  • Actioning Meeting queries
  • Speaking to suppliers liaising with clients
  • Sending quotations and following up on enquires
  • Issuing invoices and chasing payments
  • Working closely with the Business Travel Consultants
  • Maintaining and updating product and supplier knowledge

Skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s Meetings & Events experience
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook)
  • Self-organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills including excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Strong team work ethic required
  • Sound geography knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to be reactive and think on your feet.
