Based in Petersfield, Hampshire the role is hybrid with an emphasis on being together regularly as a team to collaborate.

Ideally you will have a background in CS, Sales or similar commercial relationship led roles.

A little bit about the role…

Key responsibilities: –

  • Building strong and meaningful relationships across our client portfolio
  • Continually demonstrating the value we curate through cost savings and efficiencies
  • Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding through to successful renewal
  • Reducing churn and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Working to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for all stakeholders
  • Being an advocate for Meon Valley Travel within the industry
  • Identifying opportunities for new products and service

Skillset:-

  • Laser focussed on outcomes and results
  • Commercially astute, able to identify opportunities and execute them
  • A relationship builder with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Articulate, with sharp communication and presentation skills
  • Inquisitive, analytical in nature
  • Ability to engage credibly at all levels with the Client’s business from travel booker to CXO
  • Prior Travel Management experience
