Your adventure begins today as you board your international flight to Lima.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a guide and transferred to your hotel in the vibrant and upscale Miraflores district.
On your second day in Lima enjoy a half-day guided tour of Lima, including the Huaca Pucllana archaeological site, Plaza de Armas, cathedral, church, and catacombs of San Francisco. In the afternoon, you can explore at leisure or even take a Peruvian cookery course.
Fly to Arequipa, also known as the “White City” due to its stunning local sillar stone. Upon arrival, you’ll be privately transferred to your hotel, where you’ll have the afternoon to relax and acclimatise. Take the opportunity to unwind with a coffee at one of the balcony cafés overlooking the main square, perfect for people-watching. The following day, enjoy a private tour of Arequipa, starting with a visit to the Santa Catalina Convent, a captivating walled city within the city. Travel to the Colca Canyon this morning on the tourist bus. This is a scenic road journey, passing herds of grazing llamas at altitudes of over 4,000 metres. You have the afternoon at leisure to take in the stunning scenery.
In the morning, you’ll visit the Condor’s Cross, where you can spot the majestic Andean condors soaring above, along with charming whitewashed villages scattered throughout the valley. In the afternoon, continue your overland journey to Puno, located on the shores of the serene Lake Titicaca.
