Sepilok by boat to Abai Jungle Lodge / PM and Night Cruise (Lunch/Dinner) You will be picked up at your hotel in Sandakan at 08:00-08:10 hours. (09:00 hours if pick up from Sepilok) or meet upon arrival at the Sandakan Airport (suggested flight arrive SDK before 0800 hours). Drive for approximately 30 minutes to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre and proceed to the free roaming area feeding platform. At 10:00 hours, feeding of Orang Utan. At this centre, observe man’s closest relative “the Orang Utan” being rehabilitated to become wild in their natural habitat and experience a walk in Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. Visit to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, the centre that managed to improve the living condition of the rescued sun bear and released their natural behaviours in the 2.5ha enclosed forest. After the visit at Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, you will take an hour boat cruise up to the Lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary where you will take your lunch at Abai Jungle Restaurant. This is a wonderful journey of discovery which starts from the waters of Sulu Sea of Sandakan Town through a magnificent scenery of the Mangrove Forest. Check in at Abai Jungle Logde. Late in the afternoon, you will be experiencing a cruise to search for wildlife until the sunsets while enjoying a cup of coffee and by the night falls continue the night cruise to witness the fireflies as Christmas tree. Return to the lodge for dinner. After dinner, again experience the “Jungle at night” at our nature boardwalk to search for birds, snakes, insects and other wildlife with our nature guide.

Pitas Oxbow Lake / Lunch with locals / Boat to Sukau / Menanggul Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) Wake up by the calls of nature. Early morning take a river trip to Pitas Oxbow Lake to observe wildlife and experience the unique of Pitas Oxbow Lake. After breakfast, you are invited to join the CAP Tree Planting project with the locals. This project specially design to help the locals. After lunch, cruise up river to Sukau village in search of primates especially the wild orang utan, birds, pygmy elephant and other wildlife. Arrive Sukau, check in at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge. Late afternoon, take another river cruise to Menanggul River, a small tributary of the Kinabatangan. Return to lodge for dinner and overnight at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge. 

Morning – From Sukau by boat to Sandakan (Breakfast/Lunch) At 07:30 hours after breakfast, you will be transferred by aboat to Sandakan. Upon arrival at jetty, you will proceed for lunch before transfer to airport for your flight (preferably flight ETD after 1300 hours) or your hotel.

Return back home in afternoon/evening.
