Small and luxurious
Londra Palace Venezia is one of those rare hotels that feels like a secret worth sharing.
Perched on the beautiful Riva degli Schiavoni, just a short stroll from St. Mark’s Square, it’s where timeless elegance meets unbeatable views — we’re talking full-on lagoon sunsets and gondolas drifting past your window.
With only 52 individually styled rooms, this boutique gem feels intimate and exclusive, yet full of character. Some rooms even have balconies overlooking the island of San Giorgio Maggiore — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of prosecco at sunset.
Inside, expect refined Venetian style with a twist: antique furnishings, plush fabrics, and marble bathrooms, all with a modern touch. The hotel’s LPV Restaurant serves up contemporary Venetian cuisine that’s as beautiful as it is delicious — especially if you can nab a table on the terrace.
Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a special occasion, or just want to treat yourself to something unforgettable, Londra Palace Venezia delivers. If this sounds like your kind of place, drop us a message.
All the things you need to know
The Venetian materials may be opulent – brocade, silk, prized wood and marble – but the effect is light, intimate, playful, made for relaxation yet effortlessly stylish.

The Veneto region’s fresh, seasonal cuisine is an art form – as is its deep-rooted wine and cocktail culture. Lunch, dine and imbibe like a true veneziano on the animated lagoon-facing terrace or inside, where one of Venice’s most stylish dining spaces and a hidden gem of a hotel bar await.
- L.P.V Ristorante : Venice is a miracle forged by three elements – water, earth and air. The same three elements form the basis of this dinner menu – served on the romantic terrace or in the chic interior – which unites the farming and market garden culture of the Veneto mainland with the fishing traditions and exotic trading history of this former maritime republic.
- L.P.V Bistrot : Here they like to flaunt the rules – like the one about hotel dining being a stiff, formal affair. In Venice, lunch should be as easy and fresh as a lagoon breeze. It’s a plate of spaghetti alle vongole on a sunny terrace, a fresh garden salad, the glint in a glass of good white wine, a tempting tiramisù, the ebb and flow of animated conversation. Welcome to LPV Bistrot.
- L.P.V Bar : Will it be the prizewinning dry martini? Or perhaps a spritz with a difference? An espresso on the terrace as you watch the world go by? Or a glass of sparkle with that special someone inside, where the snug and intimate hotel bar awaits?
Lagoon cruise in traditional boat
One of Italy’s great wetland ecosystems, the Venetian lagoon is a place of wide open vistas, fascinating flora and fauna and secret islands. Explore it in a traditional bragosso fishing boat, with a local guide, on this half-day or full-day cruise. Available from April to September.
L’altana : notre coin de paradis
Guests of the Londra Palace have the unique chance to reserve our traditional Venetian wooden roof terrace or altana for exclusive private use. It is one of the highest such ‘turrets’ in the city, with 360° views. They’ll provide a wicker picnic hamper full of good things for you to enjoy a magical lunch, dinner or aperitivo.
Bespoke Venetian artisan tour
Venice is still a city of craftspeople – but it takes local knowhow to reach those authentic practitioners who work outside the tourist circuit. Watch a battiloro (traditional goldbeater) at work, visit one of Murano’s most prestigious glassworks, see how mosaic tiles are made in a furnace that dates back to the 19th century – these are just some of the absorbing artisanal activities we can arrange.
Kids’ mask-making workshop
There’s a world of difference between a happy kid being given a mask and an ecstatic kid taking home a mask she or he made themselves, guided by the expert craftspeople of a true Venetian carnival atelier. Mum and dad are welcome to join in too!
