“Travelling from Rome to Florence first class was such a treat. The train carriages were spacious and extremely comfortable, with a mix of single and double seats that made the journey feel relaxed and effortless. In just around an hour and a half, we arrived in Florence, where a private transfer was waiting to take us straight to our hotel. It all ran seamlessly, which made the experience even better.

We stayed at Hotel Savoy, right in the heart of Florence, and I absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t have been more central, making it easy to step straight out into the city and start exploring.

One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the Uffizi Art Gallery. We only had two hours there, but even that wasn’t nearly enough. The collection is incredible, with masterpieces around every corner, and you could easily spend an entire day taking it all in.
