Ship Visit Blog: Seven Seas Grandeur® – A Floating Masterpiece
“I recently had the chance to step aboard Seven Seas Grandeur®, Regent’s sixth and newest ship in their fleet — and honestly, I didn’t want to get off. From the moment I walked on, I was completely blown away. This wasn’t just a ship; it felt like stepping into a luxury hotel… or maybe even a palace at sea.
The entrance alone set the tone — a stunning grand staircase paired with the most jaw-dropping chandelier. It was one of those moments where I had to remind myself, “Wait… I’m on a ship?” Every corner I turned oozed elegance. The décor was rich, tasteful, and made me feel completely speechless at times — it’s hard to put into words just how luxurious it all felt.
We were lucky enough to tour the ship from top to bottom, starting with the suites. Each one beautifully decorated, complete with a bottle of welcome champagne and 24-hour room service. Honestly, I wouldn’t say no to staying in any of them.
But the suite that completely blew me away? The Regent Suite. At 4,443 square feet, it’s a true masterpiece. It has its own outdoor space, an enormous lounge, a bar, and a bedroom with a dreamy four-poster bed. But the standout? The bathroom. The view from that bathroom was just wow. It might be the best view I’ve ever seen on a ship — or anywhere, really.
Dining onboard is next-level. There are eight specialty restaurants — all included, because Regent is fully all-inclusive. From Asian cuisine to elegant French dining, it’s hard to know where to begin. We had lunch at Compass Rose, Regent’s signature restaurant that features on all their ships, and it was absolutely phenomenal.
