Explora I is the first ship to launch from luxury cruise line, Explora Journeys. The first of six luxury best-in-class ships, with her maiden voyage in August 2023. The Explora I is more than just a ship; it’s a destination in itself which invites you to leave the ordinary behind and embrace the extraordinary.

“When it came to dining, the options available were a testament to catering for all needs. The Anthology restaurant, helmed by three Michelin-starred chefs, presented a culinary experience beyond compare. The Marketplace, which offered a buffet style service is superb, from a sushi bar, fresh pasta to salads and vegetables all manned by chefs adorned with their iconic hats. Every culinary desire was catered to, spanning from Japanese cuisine to classic steak and chips, French delicacies to hearty Italian dishes. The culinary journey really is delightful and the chance to dine in a variety of restaurants that are each exceptional in their own right. Perfect for those foodies amongst us.
The spa onboard was a brand of its own, focusing on wellness and offering a tranquil escape from the outside world.
The pools on this ship were a marvel of modern design, exuding a beach club ambience. The comfortable sun loungers and the overall atmosphere made it easy to forget you were on a ship; it felt more like being in an ultra-luxury hotel.
The cabins were incredibly spacious and exquisitely designed, even equipped with a Dyson Airwrap for that added touch of pampering. Every cabin boasts a terrace, providing a private space to soak in the ocean views.
The top deck features a basketball court amongst other sporting facilities, and while children are welcome onboard, there isn’t an abundance of facilities tailored specifically for children.
The hosts are attentive, ensuring that no glass remained empty and that every need was met with a high-standard. The onboard entertainment flows freely, allowing you to relax without having to adhere to a timed schedule.
A highlight of the ship is the presence of a Rolex shop, an unprecedented experience on a cruise ship. A shopping adventure like no other, having the opportunity to purchase the Rolex of your dreams onboard.
Your whole experience onboard is meticulous, with the help on the App which has been streamlined with every aspect of your journey, from checking in to making dining reservations. With remarkable guest-to-host-ratio of 1;25, the ship truly felt like a home at sea. By the end of your voyage, the idea of leaving this haven of luxury will be unimaginable.” ~ Karen & James
