4* Aretanassa Hotel - Halki, Greece

Housed in an imposing historical building that was once used for the storage of the natural sponges, this area of the Dodecanese is famous for the Aretanassa Hotel and is now a delightful boutique style hotel. The hotel has 19 gloriously sunny sea facing rooms with powder blue walls, large beds and spotless tiled floors. Nearly all the rooms have balconies with breathtaking views. 

The hotel has a unique cuisine of culinary delights and flavours in all of Halki. All the menus and choices we suggest have a Mediterranean identity and even meet the needs of those who are on a diet or vegetarians. The day begins with an excellent breakfast and at noon one can choose from a selection of specific menus all made with fresh ingredients of high quality and nutritional value. Virgin olive oil, the aromas of Greek nature, the fine cheeses, the seasonal vegetables and the unique delicious island meats and of course, above all the seafood and fish have their honour in the kitchen.

There is also a bar where guests can enjoy drinks and cocktails looking at the wonderful reflections in the sea on the terrace.
