Charter a sailboat and travel up the Dalmatian coast from Dubrovnik stopping along the way to check out the islands or pack your hiking boots and turn your attention toward the Velebit hiking trail that snakes through Croatia’s Dinaric Alps, from Senj to Zadar.
In July and August the town of Labin transforms into an authentic little art republic with various theatre groups and musicians performing. Additionally, every Tuesday at 9:30pm free guided tours depart from the tourist office with tales recounting legends and myths of the area.
