We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their expertise in business travel to the next level and potentially take on management responsibilities.

As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel solutions to our corporate clients, delivering tailored services that meet their business needs. You will be a key member of the team, supporting and leading tasks that ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective travel planning for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Provide expert travel advice, ensuring compliance with travel policies and optimizing travel experiences.
• The implementation of new clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique travel requirements.
• Enhance current travel programs and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and cost savings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
• Potential to lead and mentor a team, overseeing travel consultants and supporting their growth and development.
• Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

 
What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive experience in business travel consultancy or a similar role.
• A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and proactive, with a desire to enhance existing systems and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of travel booking tools and platforms.
• Leadership potential, with the ability to take on management responsibilities in the future.
• Proven experience and strong proficiency in using GDS platforms Travelport & Amadeus and online booking tools is essential.
