Your Role: Nights Repatriations Travel Consultant
In this vital role, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team responsible for managing urgent travel logistics for clients in medical distress. You’ll use your expertise and creativity to navigate time-sensitive travel challenges and ensure a seamless journey for every case you handle.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange tailored flight and accommodation solutions for emergency medical assistance cases across the globe.
• Assess client needs with empathy and precision, offering expert advice on the most effective and compassionate travel plans.
• Manage repatriation cases end-to-end—from initial contact to final booking—ensuring each step is executed with urgency, clarity, and care.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to ongoing process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems—experience with Galileo or Amadeus is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and compassionate telephone manner.
• A logical, problem-solving mindset with a good dose of common sense.

• Flexible Working and Hours: Begin your journey in our friendly Petersfield office, with the flexibility to transition to home-based working after successfully completing initial training. Phase one of training is anticipated to last approximately two weeks comprising of day shifts, after which you’ll transition to night shifts and continue building your skills with full support from our experienced team.
