Case Study

FatFace

Helping staff organise travel through our booking tools, which has reduced costs and increased visibility.

A global business on a sustainable mission

Store personnel regularly cover holidays and absences in other stores and have a requirement for rail tickets and accommodation. With the up to date travel management information available, the most sustainable travel can be organised for the staff.

The Head Office team travel internationally to their production facilities; buying trips; photoshoots for models, supplier and store visits.

Meon Valley Travel work with the FatFace team to help them self-book tickets or book on their behalf, only a phone call away with dedicated UK account handlers, your business trip is in safe hands.

Looking out for their staff

Duty of Care is now more important than ever. FatFace lead the way in the retail sector, by being able to ensure staff are kept safe through a well thought out travel policy.

By implementing an online booking tool, it makes it easier for senior management to know where staff are, where they have travelled to and ensure trips have the correct insurance and cover for travellers.

Self-Booking systems for Business travel

Meon Valley Travel created FatFace Travel a travel booking portal that was launched to 750 users in 2015, via a series of training sessions at their Head Office and Webex demonstrations.

The system allows users to book rail, flights, hotels without the need to reach into their own pocket to claim back expenses, reducing administration internally for the traveller and accounts team reconciling the travel.
