We are delighted to announce that our Holidays division scooped the Best Travel Agency Award in the South East at the respected TTG Top 50 Awards last week (19 March 2021).
Our Managing Director, James Beagrie, has gone on record to say: “To receive this prestigious award is quite a feat especially as over 400 agencies were initially put forward for the award process.”

Last year (2020) was a tough year for the travel industry, with many household names folding. However, Meon Valley Travel has stood like a beacon for the industry throughout, whilst remaining true to its principles, and ensuring that we are still available 24/7 to support our customers.
One key advantage we hold as a group is that we offer travel services across three key areas – Business Travel, Repatriations and Holidays. This presents numerous benefits to our customers and has also helped ensure a constant stream of business, albeit at significantly reduced levels, throughout the pandemic. This has enabled us to keep the lights on whilst many others have sadly failed.
We have used the past 12 months wisely, planning to ensure the services we offer hold relevance during this exceptional time and beyond in the post-lockdown, and dare we say it, post-Covid era. We remain confident that the travel industry will see a positive bounce back in 2021, especially with the successful roll-out of vaccinations in the UK, which will lead to the re-opening of international travel.
